Karma 成立於 2007 年，由當地藝術家 Georgios 創立，六年前來自台灣的藝術家與攝影師 Toto 加入經營，注入了亞洲文化的細膩與創意。兩位藝術家將料理視為一場心靈表演，用香氣、色彩與情感訴說著「愛的故事」。

兩人因對美食與藝術的共鳴相遇，攜手打造了 Karma 希臘餐廳。這裡融合了 希臘地中海風味與亞洲創意料理，每一道菜都像是一場愛的對話。蔚藍的海景、白牆藍頂的浪漫建築、與溫暖的人情味，使 Karma 成為 聖托里尼最具靈魂的餐廳之一。
